The Workforce Housing Program was established to provide quality housing opportunities for residents whose household incomes fall within designated income thresholds established by local housing guidelines.
All applicants are required to complete Saddlebridge Davie’s standard application and screening process. Applicants must meet the minimum qualification criteria, including income requirements equivalent to at least two times the monthly base rent. For Workforce Housing apartment homes, approved applicants must also meet the maximum annual combined household income limits established by the program guidelines.
